Less than two years later he moved and joined a Fortune 500 company – Convergys India Services in Gurgaon, India. Having spent a few months with the company he knew and realized the potential of sourcing manpower to the ITES Sector.KD’s vision expanded in the form of Destinationone where he successfully managed large teams and hired for top employers across the globe. Along the way successful parent and sister companies started to operate in different divisions such as; Destinationone HR Services Pvt Ltd, The Executive Tracks also know as The Talent Tree Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hojojo Ventures Inc & Destinationone Consulting.KD realized that more important to him than making money was to make a difference in the lives of employees, companies and their communities. A key element in his being a successful entrepreneur was that he always enjoyed the success of individuals whom he and his company assisted in getting hired as well as the companies who gave them employment. He has derived immense joy from helping his clients with their lifelong ambition of building a career rather than just finding a job. Since then KD has been in the pursuit of helping Businesses grow globally by finding the most suitable employees as businesses can’t afford to lose time and money that often result from bad hiring choices.
